DOCUMENTS TO CHECK BEFORE COMPLETING THE PURCHASE
For new houses:
- Name or corporate name of the developer, address and data of registration in the Commercial Register.
- Location plans of the property and the house.
- House Description: net floor area, services and supplies, common areas, safety measures, etc.
- Building specifications.
- Registration info of the property in the Property Register.
- Contract with the pertinent general and special conditions (Price, payment method, delivery time).
For second-hand houses:
